Arsenal Ladies striker Ellen White bagged a hat-trick as Laura Harvey’s side thrashed Barnet 5-0 to reach The FA Women’s Cup Final.

The England international got her first with only three minutes on the clock, before Kim Little doubled the lead moments later.

White grabbed her second of the match just before half-time and winger Rachel Yankey piled more misery on Barnet by making it 4-0 with only 60 seconds gone of the second half.

White completed a memorable hat-trick in the 54th minute and the crushing win seals a meeting with Bristol Academy in Coventry on 21 May.

A place in The Final also guarantees Champions League football next season - meaning a ninth successive European campaign for Arsenal - as well as a sixth Cup Final appearance in eight years for the Gunners.

Barnet must now turn their attentions to their clash with Blackburn Rovers next week, where they must at least earn a draw to retain their Premier League status.
