Arsenal Ladies manager Laura Harvey has labelled Sunday's FA Women's Cup Semi-Final with Barnet as "the biggest game of the season".

But Harvey insists her players are acutely aware of the game's importance and will not be taking Women's Premier League strugglers Barnet lightly, despite their position in the table.

The teams will meet on neutral ground, at Uxbridge FC's Honeycroft, on Sunday and the Arsenal manager thinks the game's 'dual prize' makes it must-win for the Gunners.

"To be honest, it's the biggest game of our season because not only do you get into The FA Cup Final but you get a place in next season's Champions League too," explained Harvey.

"For a club like Arsenal, those things are expected year upon year and if that doesn't happen it would be an absolute nightmare for us.

"The players understand that and they know what is expected from us."

Although their Women's Super League record currently stands at played two, won two, the manager has not been impressed by the manner of the two victories, both secured thanks to 1-0 score-lines.

Now Harvey has challenged her players to produce their best at Honeycroft to get themselves out of their "rut".

"We have to make sure we go out and put in a performance to get the result we want," she added. "We won't be taking Barnet lightly by any stretch of the imagination."

"We're in a bit of a rut at the minute in terms of performances but we've got some big games coming up, none bigger than Sunday.

"I know a lot about Barnet. I think their League position is probably not a fair reflection of their side - to get to The FA Cup Semi-Final proves that and we will not be taking them lightly."
