Goals from Paul Cook and Andy Eastlaugh last Sunday had ensured that Wroxham came in the second leg with a two-goal advantage.Whitehawk made two changes to their line-up from that clash, with Kevin Townsend and Jones coming in to the starting eleven as the Sussex club sought to overturn the deficit and earn a place in The Final. However, their hopes of playing at Wembley were dealt a hammer-blow after just eleven seconds of play, as Spriggs found space behind their defence and fired beyond goalkeeper Lloyd Anderson. And the tie was effectively settled just four minutes later when Howes floated free-kick for the hosts sailed over the crowded penalty area and into Anderson’s net.To their credit, Whitehawk played some concise passing football thereafter and deservedly pulled a goal back, through Jones with a smart close range finish, two minutes before half-time.But despite applying pressure to the hosts goal after the restart, Whitehawk were unable to find a way through - meaning Wroxham will face holders Whitley Bay at Wembley in The Final.
