Wroxham boss out to cause upset on Sunday.
The FA Carlsberg Vase
The Final
Winning club receives £20,000 and runner-up receives £10,000 Wroxham manager David Batch has warned FA Vase holders Whitley Bay his side are not going to Wembley just to make up the numbers this Sunday.
It will be a tough test for Wroxham, but Batch is hopeful his side can produce an unlikely result at the home of football.
"We're as confident as we can be," he said. "We've prepared well and we know what we need to about Whitley Bay.
"We've got a few of the lads back in time for the game that have been out injured, and they're looking even better than they were before."
Wroxham proceeded to The Final after a 2-1 win over Whitehawk last month as goals from Steve Spriggs and Shaun Howes ensured they wrapped up the tie 4-1 on aggregate.
"We're confident but we're under no illusions," added Batch. "We know they've been more successful than us, but it's all about how we perform on the day."
Wroxham could not have prepared any better for the match, as they have been training at Norwich City's Carrow Road and will also have a session at Watford's Vicarage Road before the match.
Whitley are returning to Wembley for their second successive Final, while Wroxham will walk out on to the hallowed turf for the first time in their history.
"I think the fans will have a great day, regardless of if we win or not, and it's the same with the players," he revealed.
"Getting to Wembley is an amazing achievement in itself. We're just going to go out there and perform as well as we can.
"Training at Norwich has been fantastic. It's a great help, because it's hard to find a good surface to train on this late in the season.
"I don't think we'd have been able to train as well as we have had we not been able to use their facilities."
