The draw was made at Wembley Stadium on Monday morning.

The FA Carlsberg Trophy
Third Round Proper
Saturday 4 February 2012
Winners Receive £7,000 from The FA's Prize Fund

The draw for The FA Carlsberg Trophy Third Round Proper has been made at Wembley today.

With both of last season’s Finalists, Darlington and Mansfield Town, already eliminated from the competition – and also the current top two sides in the Conference Premier, Wrexham and Fleetwood Town – a lot of clubs will be eyeing a Wembley Final in May.

Saturday’s Second Round ties were watched by nearly 14,000 fans and Wealdstone of the Isthmian Premier produced arguably the most impressive result with a 2-1 home win against Barrow from two divisions higher. The Stones were the first to achieve an FA Trophy and Conference (then ‘Gola League’) Double in 1985 and they now face an away tie at Dartford of the Conference South on 4 February.

Chris Senior notched the late goal which won The Trophy for Darlo last year and he scored one and made one for Guiseley in Saturday’s 2-0 home win against fellow Conference North side Stalybridge Celtic. Guiseley, fourth in the table, will travel to Cambridge United. Ebbsfleet United, Wembley winners in 2008, go to York City, one of two sides to score six away from home at the weekend.

The eight winners in the Third Round Proper each receive £7,000.

1 Kidderminster Harriers v Hinckley United or Luton Town
2 Northwich Victoria v East Thurrock United or Hampton & Richmond Borough
3 Cambridge United v Guiseley
4 Dartford v Wealdstone
5 Bath City v Grimsby Town
6 York City v Ebbsfleet United
7 Gateshead or Braintree Town v Alfreton Town
8 Worksop Town or Newport County v Lincoln City or Carshalton Athletic
