The registration period for England’s UEFA Nations League away fixture against Italy on Friday 23 September 2022 closed and a ballot was held for the 6,767 members who submitted an application to determine who would be offered the chance to purchase tickets in Sale Window 1

Ticket Information

The stadium capacity for this fixture is 75,817.  Our total allocation for this fixture is 4,415 and broken down as follows:

Category 4: 4,361
Wheelchair/Companion: 12/12
Easy Access/Companion: 15/15
Price: £9.50

The Ballot

The ballot was conducted using the 70%/30% rule as outlined in section 6.2 of the Rules of Membership.

The cap cut-off point to be guaranteed a ticket to this match, based on all eligible members who applied, was 23 caps.  All members on 22 caps or fewer were entered into the ballot.

Ballot results will be visible on the same page you used to register your interest.  Please be aware you will need to be signed in to see the results. To view your results click here.

If you applied for Wheelchair + Companion tickets, you will not need to purchase your ticket online.  A member of the team will call you on Wednesday 10 August 2022 to take payment.

If you applied for 'Easy Access' tickets, and were successful, please email us directly once you have purchased your tickets outlining your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you on match day.  We can also offer members who require 'Easy Access' seating a free carer/companion ticket.  This ticket cost will be covered by The FA.

The Sale

Tickets will be sold online at wembleystadium.com/tickets.  No sales will take place over the phone.

The sale dates will be as follows:

Sale Window 1: For all members who were SUCCESSFUL in the ballot
From 12pm midday on Monday 8 August until 3pm Wednesday 10 August 2022

Sale Window 2: For all remaining members of the 2020-2022 England Supporters Travel Club
From 12pm Midday on Thursday 11 August 2022 until sold out

During Sale Window 1 all successful members are GUARANTEED a ticket.

Group bookings for all away matches are limited to a maximum of 4 members per group and each person will need to be a Travel Club member who was successful in the ballot.  If you wish to be seated as a group, please book your seats in one order.

You will need to provide the Travel Club FAN number and dates of birth of each member of your group so, please ensure you have these to hand before you go online to buy.

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT TICKETS FOR ENGLAND AWAY GAMES ARE FOR COLLECTION ONLY, IN PERSON, IN THE HOST CITY.  THIS APPLIES TO EACH MEMBER AND NOT JUST THE LEAD BOOKER.

The Waiting List

Italian Law dictates that the full name of the ticket holder will be printed onto every ticket and ID checks will be in place at the turnstiles.  Due to this we will not be operating a waiting list once the sale has concluded as we will be unable to re-sell tickets to other members.

In this instance we ask that, if you are successful in the ballot, you do not buy a ticket unless you are committed to attending.  This will help give as many members as possible the opportunity to go to the match.

We do not expect to receive a further allocation for this game.

Ticket Collection Point

All tickets will be for collection only in Milan.  At present the Ticket Collection Point is still to be decided.

It is Milan Fashion Week at the time England play in the city and the local authorities are assisting us in finding a venue that is suitable and which will not interfere with any ongoing events.

There is a possibility that the collection point may be located at the stadium both the day before and the day of the match.  In this instance we will be required to close at 6:45pm on matchday and strongly urge that you factor this into any travel plans.
