It is alleged that during the course of the Participant’s ejection from the stadium prior to start of the fixture, the Participant used abusive and/or insulting words towards Stevenage FC stadium security staff members, contrary to Rule E3(1). It is alleged that this breach of FA Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to disability.
2. It is further alleged that during the course of the Participant’s ejection from the stadium prior to start of the fixture, the Participant used abusive and/or insulting words towards Stevenage FC stadium security staff members, contrary to Rule E3(1). It is alleged that this breach of FA Rule E3(1) is an “Aggravated breach” as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to sexual orientation.

The Participant has until 7th May 2020 to provide a response.
