Eden Hazard already has Manchester United in his sights after his star turn guided Chelsea into the Emirates FA Cup Final.

The Belgian playmaker was instrumental in the Blues’ 2-0 semi-final win over Southampton.

He set up Olivier Giroud for the game’s opening goal and was later named man of the match for his contribution at Wembley.

He said: “It was fully deserved.

“I think we played a very good game, especially in the second half. We created a lot of chances and scored beautiful goals, especially Olivier’s.

“When you score early in the second half the game is easier. If you don’t concede you control the game, you create chances and we saw the result.

“Now we go to the Final where our target is to win. We lost [to Arsenal] last year so now we just want to win.

“It’s always good to play against [Manchester United]. We played twice in the league, they won one at Old Trafford so the Final will be very good.”

Alvaro Morata leapt from the bench to wrap up the win late on and Chelsea will now chase an eighth FA Cup success next month.

Giroud won this competition three times during his time at Arsenal and he has already told his new team-mates how special those victories were.

He said: “I told them that I really want them to enjoy The FA Cup because I know what type of feeling it is to win.

“It’s like my garden and I love to play here [Wembley]. I’ve been unbeaten here so hopefully in the Final we can keep that up. We are very pleased with the result

“I’m very pleased for the team because we’ve done a great job altogether, as we wanted to do, we are in a good moment and we want to keep it up.”
