The FA Sunday Cup Sub-Committee met at Wembley Stadium on Monday

At a meeting of an FA Sunday Cup Sub-Committee held on Monday 23 January 2017, the members considered charges raised against Witton Park Rose & Crown FC and Black Bull AFC in relation to the alleged breach of FA Sunday Cup Rule 11(a)(iv) in allegedly being at fault for the abandonment of the fourth round match between the clubs.

Having given all of the evidence due consideration, the charges of a breach of FA Sunday Cup Rule 11(a)(iv) against both clubs were found proven, insomuch that both clubs were at fault for the abandonment of the match.
