Peter McCormick appointed on to FA Board

Peter McCormick was unanimously appointed onto The FA Board

Peter McCormick has been appointed by Premier League clubs to represent the League on The FA Board and The FA Council.

Peter is a solicitor and was Acting Chairman of the Premier League from March 2014 to June 2015. 

He has worked with the League for over 20 years, including in his current role as Chairman of the Legal Advisory Group, and brings a wealth of experience and understanding to the role.

He was unanimously elected onto the Board by all 20 Premier League clubs and is now one of two Premier League representatives on The FA Board.

The other being Manchester United director David Gill.

The Football Association's Management Team, working together with The FA Board, Council and staff, aims to deliver an effective and professional organisation for the greater good of English football.

The FA consists of a permanent staff, predominantly based at its headquarters at Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park in Burton.
