Gary Cahill is joining forces with Vauxhall to go behind the scenes in Miami
Fans will be taken inside the Lions' den for an exclusive view of England’s World Cup preparations thanks to Vauxhall.

The England team sponsor has joined forces with Gary Cahill to take supporters behind the scenes in the Miami training camp.

A daily video diary with Cahill will be aired revealing the mood from inside the Three Lions’ quarters.

Roy Hodgson’s men take on Ecuador on Wednesday and Honduras a week on Saturday at the Sunlife Stadium with Cahill giving a glimpse into life as an England international.

“We have some of the best fans in the world so to have a chance to engage with them through Vauxhall’s video diary is something I’m really looking forward to."

The Chelsea centre-half is the first Three Lions star to take part in a Vauxhall video diary, which will be broadcast on the car firm’s dedicated YouTube channel.

Cahill has played 22 times for England since making his senior debut in 2010 and insists he is looking forward to reporting back to fans in England.

He said: “We have some of the best fans in the world so to have a chance to engage with them through Vauxhall’s video diary is something I’m really looking forward to.

“Ecuador and Honduras will be provide a good test for us heading into Brazil so I’ll be keeping fans up to date with our daily progress from Miami.”

Vauxhall’s Head of Sponsorship, Chris Hornbuckle, added: “We understand that not all England fans will be able to make the trip to Miami and Brazil.

“As lead sponsor we are committed to making the tournament more accessible to England fans through our digital channels and relationship with the England team.
