Vote for your player of the Sixth Round

Four players have been nominated for the Budweiser Player of the Round award after their performances in The FA Cup Sixth Round.

All season, a panel of judges have been nominating their candidates after each round (from the First Round up to and including the Semi-Final) and you can vote for your favourite right here.

The panel comprises The Sun journalist Jim Munro, commentator Mark Pougatch, FA Historian David Barber, who has attended over 440 FA Cup ties, and John Fowler. John secured his place on the panel after entering an online competition in conjunction with Budweiser.

You have until midday on Wednesday 2 April to vote for your favourite.

The person who tops the poll will receive a commemorative Budweiser Player of the Round trophy and he will also be invited to The FA Cup Final as a guest of The FA and Budweiser, should their team not make it to Wembley on 17 May.

The selections for the Sixth Round Proper are as follows:

Emmerson Boyce, Wigan Athletic
Wigan skipper Emmerson Boyce defended magnificently and made a crucial late clearance as The FA Cup holders crept past Manchester City.

Olivier Giroud, Arsenal
The Frenchman made the difference in a tight contest against Everton with two late goals.

David Meyler, Hull City
David Meyler scored one of Hull City’s goals in the 3-0 win over Sunderland and his all round game helped push the Tigers into their first Semi-Final since 1930.

James Perch, Wigan Athletic
Another Wigan hero against Manchester City, James Perch scored the all-important second goal just after the interval.
