Frank Lampard winds up to shoot during training at St. George's Park

England were training at St. George's Park as they prepared to take on Republic of Ireland at Wembley at the end of May.

In front of over 100 England fans, who were invited to the session after missing the World Cup qualifier in Poland a few months earlier, Frank Lampard offered up a real treat.

The Chelsea man placed a stunning long-range shot past goalkeeper Ben Foster, emulating the famous goal scored by David Beckham for Manchester United against Wimbledon in 1996.

And the goal was also caught by the FATV cameras and became a hit with fans online too. The video attracted nearly 2m views on YouTube alone to become our second most watched video of 2013.
