Ahead of Gateshead's FA Cup First Round replay against Oxford United, manager Gary Mills has decided to take the positives from their performance in the first game rather than rue the two-goal lead they let slip against their League Two opposition.
Gateshead have responded to that disappointment by winning their last three games, which has seen them climb the Conference Premier league table to within touching distance of the play-off positions.
And Mills has dismissed the notion that Oxford hold a psychological advantage over the Tyneside club because of their late comeback at the Kassam Stadium.

He said: "We had to take it on the chin and the response from my players since then proves it hasn't affected us.
"We were bossing the game at 2-0, then we switched off for their first goal and the lad did superbly well for their second.
"Now we've played them, we know what they're about. We've learned that if we play our game the way we can, we can win the game.
"We should get a big gate on Thursday. We usually get about 800 for league games but we've dropped prices down for the game so we're expecting between 2,500 and 3,000."
The winners on Thursday night will play again on Monday in the Second Round against Wrexham - a team that has already beaten Gateshead twice this season.

Mills is aware that this would give Gateshead the perfect opportunity to exact revenge for their league defeats in The FA Cup.
"Whoever wins gets Wrexham away," he added.
"We lost 3-2 at their place last month after being 2-1 up, so we'd love the chance to take them on again and make amends, absolutely."
Meanwhile, Oxford United's plans for the game have been disrupted with the news that manager Chris Wilder has been given permission to speak to Portsmouth over the vacant managerial position at Fratton Park.
