England Under-21s put their final preparations in place for the Euro Qualifier with Kazakhstan during a training session in Aktobe on Wednesday evening.

Aidy Boothroyd and his squad enjoyed an hour on the pitch at the Central Stadium in the city, where they will face their hosts on Thursday evening.

The Three Lions travelled to Aktobe on Tuesday, leaving them enough time to acclimatise with the local time being four hours ahead of UK time, and the session saw Boothroyd and his players get down to work ahead of the game.

And there has been no shortage of interest in the group since their arrival, with a sell-out crowd of almost 13,000 expected to watch the game which will be shown live on national television in Kazakhstan and on BT Sport in the UK.

A win for England on Thursday would be enough to secure top spot in their qualifying group to take their place at next summer's Euro Finals in Poland.

Following the game in Aktobe, the U21s will return to St. George's Park when they turn their attentions to the final qualifier against Bosnia & Herzegovina in Walsall on Tuesday 11 October. Tickets for the game at the Banks's Stadium cost just £1 from the Walsall FC ticket office.
