Gareth Southgate leads the discussion at training as his squad were back on the pitches at St. George's Park

England were back in training on Tuesday morning as they begin the build-up to their UEFA Nations League opener with Spain.

Gareth Southgate's squad reported to St. George's Park on Monday afternoon for their first get-together of the new season and after being re-united off the pitch, they were quickly back out on the pitch.

And following the session, Southgate and his players took the time to meet some supporters who had been invited to the session at the national football centre.

Meanwhile, Adam Lallana has returned to his club for further assessment of a groin strain.

The Liverpool player was withdrawn from the training session and will play no part in England’s forthcoming fixtures against Spain and Switzerland.
