Dele Alli has distinct memories from his childhood of when the World Cup was taking place

My first World Cup memory is walking back home from my friend’s house when I was really young.

We lived on a council estate and everyone was out in their front gardens, having barbeques and singing songs so we all thought ‘England must be playing’ when they did.

Everyone had England flags hanging out of their windows and in their cars, there was a real fever about.

Aside from that, watching the Spain team win it in 2010 stands out as well. What a team! I watched that final with my family in a bar in Ibiza.

It was great seeing all the Spanish people celebrating afterwards.
