Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's volley pre-Brazil is in FATV's Top Ten of 2013
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s stunning volley in training ahead of the 2-1 win over Brazil in February was the sixth most viewed FATV video of the year.
The clip has attracted over 335,000 hits on the England team’s official YouTube channel.
Roy Hodgson’s men claimed victory in what was their opening match of 2013 courtesy of a goal apiece from Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard.
They played the same opponents in the famous Maracana Stadium in June and earned a notable 2-2 draw – with Oxlade-Chamberlain netting England’s first goal just five minutes after coming off the bench.
