Charlton Athletic and Ipswich Town have each been fined the standard penalty of £5,000 after both clubs admitted a failure to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion, in contravention of FA Rule E20(a).
The incident occurred in or around the 90th minute of the fixture between the two sides on 30 November 2013.
