Rehanne Skinner's side had already earned a 1-0 win over the French on Thursday, but made it back-to-back wins and another clean sheet to complete a successful camp.
Liverpool's Niamh Charles put England ahead after just five minutes before Rianna Dean, who got the vital goal last time out, scored the second just after the hour-mark to make it two goals in as many games.
