Ellen White, the Notts County forward, came through the Arsenal Ladies Academy and went on to play for Chelsea and Leeds.

The England Women’s Player of the Year in 2011 has been injured recently but picked up five more caps in the early part of the current year to take her tally to 49 (17 goals).

She started against Italy and Canada in the Cyprus Cup and substituted three times – against Norway in a friendly, Finland in the Cyprus Cup and Montenegro at home in a World Cup Qualifier.

White has represented England at U17, U19, U20 and U23 levels and also Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics.
