Former FA Council Member, Dame Robina Shah DBE has received the Freedom of the City of London in recognition of her outstanding contribution to, and achievements in, healthcare and medical education.
Dame Robina served on The FA Council from 2021 to 2025 and was a member of both the Women’s Football Board and Disability Football Committee. She was also a director of Manchester County FA from 2017 to 2022 and continues her involvement in the game as a trustee of The FA Benevolent Fund and a director of Oldham Athletic FC.
