We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the second iteration of The FA Kickstart: Leaders Mentor programme.
Kickstart was launched last year as an initiative designed to provide aspiring leaders from historically underrepresented groups within the football industry with the opportunity to gain valuable insight, expert guidance and support from experienced professionals to develop their experience and become leaders of the future. The programme focuses on building soft skills such as confidence-building, presenting skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation skills, high impact communication and authenticity.
Following the graduation of the first cohort of mentees at Wembley Stadium in July, applications are now open for year two of the programme. Successful applicants will benefit from exclusive development opportunities, such as learning from successful figures across the industry through in-person sessions, experience one-to-one mentoring and take part in group mentoring to boost their leadership skills and enrich their exposure to meaningful career progression opportunities.
