Appeal Board update
An independent Appeal Board has dismissed an appeal from The Football Association [The FA] about particular decisions of an independent Regulatory Commission in relation to the ownership and/or funding of Swindon Town FC.
Particular alleged breaches of The FA’s Regulations on Working with Intermediaries by Swindon Town FC, First Touch Pro Management, Lee Power, Michael Standing and Gareth Barry were dismissed by the Regulatory Commission.
The FA appealed against these particular decisions, but this has been dismissed by the Appeal Board, and the Regulatory Commission’s decisions remain as ordered.
