An independent Appeal Board has allowed an appeal from Tottenham Hotspur FC in relation to an incident that occurred at its Premier League game against Brighton & Hove Albion FC on Saturday 8 April.
The club was fined £100,000 by an independent Regulatory Commission for failing to ensure that its technical area occupants conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and do not behave in a way which is improper.
The independent Appeal Board reduced Tottenham Hotspur FC’s fine to £40,000 following a hearing, and its written reasons for this decision can be seen below.
