We are pleased to announce that we have managed to obtain an additional allocation of tickets for England’s opening UEFA Euro 2020 match against Croatia, taking place on Sunday 13 June 2021.
The number of tickets we will have to ballot, including those unsold from the previous sale, are:
Category 1: 185
Category 1 Restricted View: 36
Category 2: 43
Category 3: 20
The sale will run from 11am until 9pm today, Thursday 10 June 2021, via UEFA's Ticketing Website.
We will now conduct a third ballot and communicate the results with members before the sale begins. As we still have members in ‘Group 1’, who have been previously unsuccessful, this ballot will only consider members from this group.
To re-familiarise yourself with which group you belong to please read our update posted on 27 April 2021.
Those who are successful in the ballot will be sent an access code. Please be aware this ballot is for Croatia only.
Members will not receive an email if they have not been entered into this ballot.
There are four reasons why you may have not been balloted for a specific match:
1) You did not originally purchase a ticket for the game
2) You chose to return your ticket to UEFA for the game before 23 April 2021
3) You were successful for the match in a previous ballot
4) You purchased a ticket for the game directly from UEFA’s general sale
Based on the short period of time between now and the match taking place we will be unable to conduct the ballot based on categories. We will be conducting the ballot using the 70/20/10% rule, however, successful members will not be allocated a specific category.
Those who are successful will be guaranteed a ticket. However, once members access the sale, categories will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
This means that members can attempt to purchase tickets with other successful members as they will not be restricted by category. However, as UEFA have now allocated all previously sold tickets, it does mean it will be unlikely that you can link your ticket to any ticket bought in a previous sale.
The sale will be held on UEFA’s Ticketing Website. A link to the sale page can be found on our sale guide.
We strongly advise that you read the sale guide carefully before purchasing your tickets. If you fail to follow the steps accurately you may be putting your entire order at risk.
