The FA, Premier League, EFL and Barclays FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Championship have collectively agreed to postpone the professional game in England until 3 April at the earliest.
We will continue to monitor all Government advice with the situation under constant review, with the priority being the health and well-being of all. Further updates will follow in due course.
England's postponed fixtures
England v Italy: Friday 27 March
England v Denmark: Tuesday 31 March
Refund process
Refunds for both matches should be completed by Wednesday 1 April.
If your payment card has changed since you initially purchased the tickets, the refund will still go through providing you're with the same bank or credit card provider. If you've changed banks entirely, then you'll need to contact The FA ticketing team with your order number to arrange a refund onto your new account.
If you have purchased travel and accommodation for the purpose of attending the Italy and Denmark fixtures, please contact the providers in the first instance for information regarding refunds. Alternatively, please contact your travel insurance provider.
EURO 2020
At present and in-line with government and UEFA advice, nothing has changed regarding the status of EURO 2020. For information regarding the ticketing Terms and Conditions for the tournament, please contact UEFA directly. If the situation changes, we will contact ticket holders via email and update the ESC/ESTC website accordingly.
Caps
To be fair to all members and given that refunds are being issued, no caps will be awarded for either England Men's Senior fixture.
