England's senior and U21s squads both stepped up their preparations for this summer on Tuesday, facing each other in a training match at St. George's Park.

Gareth Southgate's squad have been in-situ at the national football centre for over a week now, as they continue their build-up to next week's UEFA Nations League Finals in Portugal where they face the Netherlands on Thursday 7 June.

And Aidy Boothroyd's final Young Lions squad for June's U21 EURO Finals was named earlier this week as they ready themselves for their own major tournament in Italy, which kicks-off with their opening game against France on Tuesday 18 June.

After some intense sessions for both sets of players over the last few weeks, it's fair to say everyone involved was eager to get out on the match pitch again and our cameras caught the best of the action which you can watch in the video player above.
