Last year’s Finalists will meet each other in this season’s last-16 after the draw was made for the fifth round of the SSE Women’s FA Cup.
Manchester City blitzed Birmingham City at Wembley last May to lift the trophy for the first time.
And the two sides will go head-to-head again at Solihull Moors FC later this month.
There is a London derby between record winners Arsenal and two-time victors Millwall.
Elsewhere, Doncaster Rovers Belles will travel to Chelsea, Lewes will host Everton while there is an all-Premier League tie between Cardiff City and Charlton Athletic.
Ties will be played on Sunday 18 February and each winning club will receive £3,000 from The FA prize fund.
This season’s Final takes place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 5 May.
