England Under-21s limbered up for Saturday's qualifying clash in Switzerland with a varied and dynamic training session at St. George's Park on Thursday morning.
Gareth Southgate was assisted by Chelsea's Steve Holland, former Real Madrid and PSG coach Paul Clement and goalkeeping coach Martin Thomas throughout the session – and rain and wind did little to deter the players.

The squad started with a lively tactical session before working on possession plays and then finished off with shooting and free-kick practice.
The Young Lions travel to equal second-placed Switzerland on Friday, before taking on the hosts in their fifth of eight qualification games – with the target of adding to their three-point lead at the top of Group 9.
