Derby County's iPro Stadium
Derby County and Preston North End have each been fined £7,500 and warned as to their future conduct following their game on 2 February 2016.
It was alleged that in or around the 76th minute, both clubs failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Both clubs admitted with mitigation the breach of FA Rule E20(a) and their cases were heard by an Independent Regulatory Commission on Monday 15 February 2016.
