Queens Park Rangers secured their return to the Premier League at Wembley Stadium connected by EE on Saturday afternoon, edging out Derby County in the Championship play-off final.

But the Hoops hung in there thanks to some heroic defending from Richard Dunne and goalkeeping from Robert Green as Steve McClaren's Rams piled on the pressure, before they broke away in the dying moments to break Derby hearts courtesy of a composed finish from substitute Bobby Zamora.
