Cardiff City Stadium could be the venue where England’s Women seal their place at next year’s World Cup.

Mark Sampson’s side, who have won all eight qualifiers to date, take on Wales in their penultimate Group 6 match on Thursday 21 August (KO 7.05pm), needing just a point to make it through to Canada 2015.

The two nations met at The Den on 26 October last year, The FA’s 150th anniversary, when goals from Jordan Nobbs and Toni Duggan gave England a 2-0 win.

The Three Lions’ final qualifier is in Montenegro on Wednesday 17 September.

The World Cup Finals take place between 6 June and 5 July 2015.
