Get involved in this season's FA Women's Cup

Calling all players, writers and photographers...

Submit your match reports, fan photographs and Player of the Round nominations from this weekend’s FA Women’s Cup Third Round ties and win tickets to this year’s Final.

Player of the Round

Cup competitions give every dog their day. Each round of the competition produces once-in-a-lifetime performances from players on the pitch, from hat-trick heroes to penalty-saving superstars. Which star from your club was the talk of the terrace after the game? Who single-handedly got their team through to the next round?

In no more than 300 words, please e-mail one nomination from your club to FAWCup@TheFA.com with ‘Player of the Round’ in the subject line.

Our panel of judges, eight-time Cup winner Rachel Yankey*, BBC commentator Jacqui Oatley and The Independent’s Glenn Moore, will pour over your words of praise and select a winner, who will receive two VIP tickets to The Final. (Please include your club name, the name of the player and contact details in your nomination).

Photo of the Round

A 90-minute match can provide endless dramatic moments – from the agony or the ecstasy of a penalty shoot-out, a last-minute winner from a goalkeeper up for a corner, or a goal-line clearance in the dying moments of a game.

Whether it’s an action shot or a snap of a fan’s reaction to an incident, whether you are the club photographer or using a camera phone - we’re looking to feature the best picture from each round on TheFA.com.

Please e-mail your entries to FAWCup@TheFA.com (2MB maximum). The winner from each round will receive two tickets to The Final.

Following the Semi-Final entries, we’ll pick one overall winner to attend The Final and watch the game – camera in hand – from the official photographers’ area.

Match Report

We know there are a lot of talented reporters and journalists at clubs who can bring a match to life, from a bore draw to a 4-3 thriller.

Have you ever fancied seeing your report and by-line published on The FA’s website to be seen by an audience of millions? Well now you can.

After each round, we’ll be featuring one match report on TheFA.com. The winner of each round will receive two tickets to the Final.

Following the Semi-Final, we’ll pick one overall winner to attend The Final to watch the game from the official press seats. Please send you report to FAWCup@TheFA.com (max 500 words).

Terms and conditions apply. Travel to The Final not included. The venue for The Final will be announced later this month.

All Third Round Proper entries must be received by 9am on Wednesday 5 March.

*Rachel will be judging up until the Fifth Round when her own club, Arsenal, enter the competition.
