England's Women trained at St. George's Park on Tuesday

England’s Women met up at St. George’s Park on Tuesday to begin preparations for this weekend’s World Cup qualifier against Montenegro in Brighton.

Fresh from finishing runners-up at the Cyprus Cup last month, Mark Sampson’s side will be looking to build on their flawless start to the campaign, where they have collected maximum points from their first four matches without conceding a goal.

FATV was at the national football centre to capture the players arriving ahead of Saturday's match, and was privy to a meeting with The FA’s Director of Elite Development, Dan Ashworth, who explained what the future has in store for the women’s game and the women’s team.

Sampson then held a Cyprus Cup debrief where players were asked for their feedback before the squad enjoyed their first training session of the week.

You can watch a summary of the first day together in the media player above.

Tickets for the Montenegro match on Saturday are still on sale, priced £5 for adults and £2.50 for children and concessions. A family ticket is available at £10 (two adults, two children).
