Financial Regulations Officer
(12 month FTC)

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent knowledge and experience of working in a regulatory environment and knowledge of football regulations, especially those relating to Agents.
Responsibilities include:-
• Administer all aspects of The FA process payments in relation to international transfers and payments to agents.
• Monitor disclosures required by the FA Rules and Regulations in relation to agents and transfers.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to the payments / registrations process.
• Provide information to the Financial Regulation team to enable appropriate action to be taken where issues arise.
• Ensure Agents adhere to the requirements of FA and FIFA regulations.
The successful candidate will possess the following:-
• Excellent organisational skills with experience of managing own workload.
• Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills, with the patience, tact and confidence to liaise with people at all levels within football.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work systematically both unsupervised and within the team environment.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with an ability to handle a high volume of information whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable and consistent.
• Advanced Excel skills, data analysis and data report writing.
• Excellent general IT skills to enable the post holder to act as the main liaison contact with the IT department.
• Keen interest and good working knowledge of football clubs, league structure, players etc.
