Venue for Under-21s' play-off with Croatia confirmed

The Under-21s travel to Croatia for their play-off second leg on Tuesday 14 October
The venue for the second leg of England Under-21s’ crucial play-off with Croatia next month has been confirmed.

Gareth Southgate’s side take on the Croats at Wolves’ Molineux home on Friday 10 October in the first leg of the tie, with both nations playing for a place in next summer’s Euro Finals.

And the Three Lions will head to the city of Vinkovci, situated in the far eastern corner of Croatia for the second leg on Tuesday 14 October. 

A 10,000 capacity stadium, the venue is the home of second tier club HNK Cibalia and will be where the tie is concluded for a spot at the finals in Czech Republic next July.

Away goals will count double after 90 minutes of the second leg and if the scoreline is level then extra-time will take place. If there are no goals during extra-time, then the game will be decided on penalties.

Kick-off in Vinkovci will be at 5pm (BST).
