England squad to face Slovakia arrives at St. George's Park

Michail Antonio arrives at St. George's Park for his first day as an England squad member

The England squad has reported to St. George's Park ahead of this weekend's opening 2018 World Cup qualifier in Slovakia.

All 23 players, including new boy Michail Antonio, checked into the national football centre on Monday afternoon to begin preparations for the trip to Trnava.

Sam Allardyce spoke to the media earlier in the morning, talking of his excitement at finally getting to work five weeks on from his appointment as the new Three Lions manager.

The squad is due to take part in a light training session on Monday evening, before work begins in earnest on Tuesday.
