1. It is alleged that Mr. Afolayan entered into a Representation Contract with Daniel Cullum without ‘additional authorisation’ to deal with Minors, contrary to Regulation 3.1 at Appendix II – Registration of Intermediaries.
2. It is further alleged that the Representation Contract did not contain the counter signature of the Players Parent or legal guardian, contrary to B.9 of the Regulations.
