Aston Villa was the first club to be drawn, and the Final will be a single fixture, so it will be held at Villa Park on Monday 24 May 2021.
The Final will kick-off at 7.45pm BST and be broadcast live in the UK on BT Sport 1 from 7.15pm BST.
