Breach of FA Rule E3 – In respect of two comments before and during the above National League fixture on Saturday 1st May 2021. It is further alleged that both breaches of Rule E3(1) are an “Aggravated Breach”, as defined in Rule E3(2), as the language included a reference to, whether express or implied, Nationality and/or Ethnicity and/or Race.

The Participant has until 7 July 2021 to provide a response. 

INCIDENT OF MISCONDUCT IN RELATION TO BETTING

Breach of FA Rule E8 - Misconduct in respect of 72 bets placed on football matches between 06 June 2020 to 09 May 2021.

INCIDENT OF MISCONDUCT IN RELATION TO BETTING

Breach of FA Rule E8 - Misconduct under FA Rule E1(as applicable) in respect of 196 bets placed on football matches between 02 January 2016 to 08 November 2020.

The Participant has until 12 July 2021 to provide a response.

Breach of FA Rule E3 - It is alleged that following the completion of the fixture, the Participant’s language towards the Match Referee was insulting and/or abusive and/or improper and/or questioned the integrity of the Match Referee.

The Participant has until 17 June 2021 to provide a response. 

INCIDENT OF MISCONDUCT IN RELATION TO INTERMEDIARY ACTIVITY

Breach of FA Rule E1(b) - It is alleged that the Participant entered into a Representation Contract with a minor without ‘additional authorisation’ to deal with minors contrary to Regulation 3.1 at Appendix II – Registration of Intermediaries, and the Contracts were not counter signed by a parent or guardian contrary to Regulation B.9. of The FA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries.

The Participant has until 17 June 2021 to provide a response.

1. It is alleged that in or around the 78th minute of the fixture, Chesterfield FC failed to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
2. It is alleged that in or around the 84th minute of the fixture, Chesterfield FC failed to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
