England v Italy tickets go on sale to 2018-2020 Travel Club members on Monday 13 January

Tickets to England v Italy go on sale to 2018-2020 England Supporters Travel Club members at midday on Monday 13 January. 

Tickets in the Home End (blocks 105-118) are at the exclusive price of £20 for Travel Club members only during the priority sale. For all other areas of the stadium, Travel Club members can receive £5 off their match ticket (£2.50 juniors). This offer is only valid until 11pm on Thursday 16 January. 

If you need to purchase tickets for non-members or members of the free England Supporters Club, you'll need to do so during the England Supporters Club sale which starts at midday on Friday 17 January. 

England Supporters Travel Club discounts are only available during the priority Travel Club sale between Monday 13 and Thursday 16 January.

£65, £50, £40 and £30. Family Enclosure tickets are priced at £25 for adults and £10 for children under 16.

If you require concession tickets for OAPs and students, please select the 'Concessions' ticket option to receive a £10 discount. 

There are a limited number of Level 2 tickets available for members. These are priced at £75 and £100 but do not include any Club Wembley hospitality.

Mobile tickets

With Wembley set to host seven matches at EURO 2020, the England v Italy fixture will be used as a test event ahead of the tournament. 

All tickets (excluding Family Enclosure) for this match will be distributed via the Wembley Mobile Ticketing app. No print-at-home tickets will be issued for any purchases. 

If you purchase tickets and do not have access to a compatible smartphone, it will not be possible to change the delivery method afterwards. You'll need to go to West Ticket Office on matchday to receive a printed ticket.

The reason for this is to prepare supporters for the process at EURO 2020; during the tournament no print-at-home tickets will be available. All tickets to EURO 2020 will be issued via the mobile app, with the exception of supporters selected to collect from FA security.

Q. I am a 2018-2020 Travel Club member, how many tickets can I purchase for £20?

A. Travel Club members can purchase up to 8 tickets in the Home End, but each ticket must be assigned to a valid 2018-2020 Travel Club fan number in order to receive the exclusive price of £20 in the Home End. Please also be aware that multiple tickets cannot be assigned to the same Travel Club fan number.

Q. I am a 2018-2020 Travel Club member, can I purchase for ESC and non-members during the priority members sale?

A. No, you can only purchase for other Travel Club members during this sale. If you wish to purchase for non-members or members of the free England Supporters Club, you need to do so from Friday 17 January until Monday 20 January.

Q. I am a Travel Club member; will I receive the £20 ticket price if I purchase a ticket during the ESC or general public sale?

A. No. the exclusive price of £20 a ticket in the Home End is only available to existing members of the Travel Club during the priority members’ sale which is from midday Monday 13 January until 11pm Thursday 16 January.

Q. I am a Travel Club member; can I get a discount in the family enclosure?

A. Yes, the normal £5 discount applies to the Family Enclosure (£2.50 juniors) and all other General Access seating between Monday 13 January and Thursday 16 January. Please be aware that if you are a Travel Club member purchasing a ticket in the Home End during the members’ sale, no further discounts will be applied.

Q. I am an ESC member and buying more than one ticket, do I have to provide fan numbers for everyone in my group?

A. No, the fan assign field is optional. However, in order to receive caps (loyalty points) after attending the match, we strongly advise that you assign the fan numbers belonging to your group at the point of purchase.

Q. I am a Travel Club member without a compatible smartphone, how do I receive my tickets?


A. If you're a Travel Club member without a compatible smartphone, you will need to go to the West Ticket Office on matchday to collect a printed ticket. Please bring your order number and a form of photo ID with you to collect. 

Q. I'm a member of the free England Supporters Club and will not be attending EURO 2020, why do I have to use a mobile ticket?

A. As Wembley Stadium is a hosting seven matches at EURO 2020, England's March fixtures will be used as test events ahead of the tournament. This means that EURO 2020 ticketing and security procedures will be in place for the Italy match. If you wish to receive a physical ticket, the lead booker will need to go to the West Box Office on matchday with their order number and a form of ID to collect all tickets in your order.

Q. Can I receive print-at-home tickets for England v Italy?

A. No, no print-at-home tickets will be issued for this match. Tickets will only be distributed via the Wembley Mobile Ticketing app (unless you have purchased tickets in the Family Enclosure). 

Q. What is the Wembley Mobile Ticketing app?

A. The app has been developed by UEFA however is called 'Wembley Mobile Ticketing'. The app is available via the links below or via Google Play and the App Store. Although your tickets won't be available now, you can still download the app to your smartphone. You'll receive email communications closer to the match with details on how to access your ticket(s).
