With many supporters beginning to look ahead to next month's World Cup in France, we would like to encourage all members to regularly check their emails and the Lionesses Supporters Club website to ensure that they do not miss out on important information related to ticket sales, membership policies and tournament details.
We politely request that members check their email address and delivery address details to ensure that their details are accurate. During the dispatch of Women's World Cup tickets, we found a number of ticket buyers either provided incomplete delivery details or did not advise us of a change of address resulting in tickets being mislaid or returned to The FA.
During the Women's World Cup we plan to send SMS or broadcast messages to ticket-holders in the event of any security or travel updates so if you wish to receive any of these updates whilst in France, please update your mobile phone number on your account.
Updating your mailing preferences
If you have not been receiving emails related to the Lionesses Supporters Club or England ticket sales, you can check to see if you have unsubscribed by following these simple steps:
- Login to your account on TheFA.com using your fan number or email address.
- Click your name on the top right hand corner and select 'My Account'.
- Under your personal details, look for the tick box which says "I'd like to receive marketing emails". If the box is un-ticked and you wish to receive marketing emails related to ticket sales and England promotions, please re-tick the box and click 'save changes'.
Please be aware that once you have re-ticked the box to receive marketing emails, it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to take place.
If you do not wish to receive marketing emails related to ticket sales or membership offers, please ensure that you check the Lionesses Supporters Club website regularly for updates. We also have a dedicated Lionesses Twitter account which will post updates regarding tickets.
