Saif Rubie suspended
Saif Rubie has been suspended from all intermediary activity for six weeks, fined £10,000 and must complete an online education course within four months.
The FA Registered Intermediary’s social media activity on 12 July 2018 breached FA Rule E3(1) as it was improper and/or brought the game into disrepute. Further social media activity on 2 July 2019 breached FA Rule, E3(1) as it was improper and/or abusive and/or insulting, and constituted an “Aggravated Breach”, which is defined in FA Rule E3(2), as it included an implied reference to gender.
