Women's World Cup: ticket dispatch update

Group match tickets to the Women's World Cup will be dispatched soon

We're pleased to let ticket buyers know that their group match tickets to this summer's Women's World Cup in France will be dispatched soon. 

To ensure you receive the tickets safely, we politely request that supporters who purchased their group match tickets directly from The FA check the delivery address they provided. If the delivery address has changed since the tickets were purchased, please login to your account on thefa.com/tickets, click on "My Details" and update your address. Please be aware that your Women's World Cup tickets will appear under your "My Orders" shortly.

Ticket buyers have until Friday 3 May to update their address. 

If you have purchased tickets for non-England games via FIFA, these will be dispatched separately. Supporters are reminded that once purchased, tickets to the FIFA Women's World Cup France are non-refundable or transferable.

Follow My Team

If you have purchased a 'Follow My Team' (FMT) package, please be aware that you will only receive the group match tickets in the post as all further knock-out rounds will be conditional on England reaching each stage. Should England progress to each knock-out round, you'll receive an email on how to collect your ticket in each host city.

For each knock-out round that England fail to reach, you will receive a pro-rata refund for your remaining FMT tickets after the tournament has ended.

Please keep an eye on your emails and this website over the next few months as we'll be sending you important information about stadium access, getting around France and knockout match tickets should England progress.

FAQs

1. When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets to England's group games at this summer's Women's World Cup will be dispatched via secure delivery within the next few weeks. Please be aware that tickets will only be sent to the lead ticket buyer.

2. Can I purchase tickets for the knockout stages now through The FA?

No. Should England progress to each knockout stage, The FA will work with FIFA to secure an allocation of tickets available for Lionesses supporters to purchase. Please be aware that these will be available on a first-come-first served basis and subject to availability. Should England progress, further updates will be made on the website and via email to Lionesses Supporters Club members and group match ticket-buyers. 

3. Where in the stadium will I be sat?

We are not able to disclose the precise seat coordinates for individual orders however, category 3 tickets are generally located around the corner flags and category 4 tickets are located behind the goal. To view the category splits for each stadium, visit the FIFA website.

4. If I am no longer able to attend an England game at the World Cup, can I get a refund or sell my ticket on?

No. The ticket policy for the FIFA Women's World Cup is that tickets  are non-refundable and cannot be sold on or advertised for sale under any circumstances?

5. Will The FA be organising transport to and from each host stadium?

The FA do not organise travel and accommodation for supporters, however ticket buyers will be emailed prior to each England match with information about getting to and from the stadium. 

6. Will there be any parking available at the stadium?

Supporters travelling via bus/coach can request a bus parking pass for match-day use only. The pass is free of charge and issued on a first-come-first-served basis.One you have submitted your request, FIFA will confirm availability and further details.

Please be aware that this pass is only available to buses or coaches carrying groups of supporters.

7. Will there be fan hubs or fan zones in each host city for supporters to attend?

We will be updating ticket holders in the next couple of months with information about any fan hubs or activities being held in France. For information about each host city please and fan zones organised by FIFA, please visit their website

8.I have purchased Follow My Team tickets, how will I receive tickets to each knockout match?

If you have purchased the FMT package, you will be contacted via email prior to each knockout match that England qualify for with details on how to collect your ticket in the host city. Please be aware that the lead booker must collect their ticket(s) in person using a form of photo ID.
