England C head to Wales in March and boss Paul Fairclough has named a 16-man squad

England C manager Paul Fairclough has picked his squad to face Wales on 20 March

England C manager Paul Fairclough has named his squad to take on Wales in their first meeting at national game level later this month.

The Three Lions will head across the border to Barry Town for the fixture, with the our neighbours having just formed their League of Wales representative team.

And Fairclough has named an initial 16-man squad for the game, with a further 18 listed in a contingency group should they be required.

It will be England’s first game at this level since they were beaten 4-0 by a strong Slovakian U21 side in the International Challenge Trophy final last November.

The England C squad is made up of players aged under 23 who play in the National League System.
