The breach that was denied: proven. Wagner was immediately suspended from the touchline, until such time as Huddersfield Town FC have completed two first-team matches in approved competitions, fined £6,000 and warned as to his future conduct.

Breach of FA Rule E3 – it is alleged that comments posted by Barker on his Twitter account were abusive and/or insulting and/or improper and/or brought the game into disrepute contrary to Rule E3 (1).
Charge admitted, paper hearing requested.

Barker was immediately suspended from all football and football activity until 1 August 2017, fined £250 and warned as to future conduct.
