Sheepshanks, who was also chairman at Sir Bobby’s former club Ipswich Town, was at Portman Road on Thursday when the fifth anniversary of the former England manager's passing was remembered with a number of events.

And on the week where another of Sir Bobby’s former clubs Barcelona spent time training at St. George’s Park, Sheepshanks spoke of his delight at the centre’s progress and development.
"Sir Bobby would be thrilled to bits with St. George’s Park," claimed Sheepshanks.
"He knew it was going to happen, his family has seen it and I hope it will be part of the legacy he left with England and the inspiration for what we are doing now.
“He’d pleased as punch with what we’ve got there, it’s just the beginning.
"One of his other clubs, Barcelona, are training there as we speak and as much as we talk about the success of St. George’s Park, you can’t say anything better than demonstrate that Barcelona have taken the exceptional decision of coming to St. George’s Park for a whole week because the facilities and environment are so good.

"We’ve only just started this journey, St. George’s Park is for the long-term and it’s what happens over the next ten to 15 years that is really going to set the standard for English football - our investment in coach education and providing the England teams with their own home."
Thursday saw FA Skills sessions being held with local youngsters in Ipswich, with The FA also making a £25,000 donation to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, which was set up to raise funds in the fight against cancer.
