Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of the competition is FA Learning Limited (“FA Learning”).
  2. The prize will be supplied by FA Learning and McDonalds.
  3. Only entries received by 12.00 noon GMT on the closing date of 21 May 2006 will be considered.
  4. You must provide your first and last names and your contact details, as well as the first and last names of your coach and their contact details as well as the reasons why he or she should win the competition when entering the competition otherwise your entry will be invalid.
  5. Entrants (i.e. the person making the nomination) must be based in England and over 18 years of age. Entrants under 18 must have obtained the permission from a parent/guardian before entering
  6. We will use the information that you provide to process the competition and if you are a winner we will publish your name on our Site and we may ask you to participate in publicity in accordance with Rule 14 below.  We will not pass on your information to any third parties.  For further information please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  7. Employees of The FA, FA Learning and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition.
  8. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  9. Everyone who enters will have their entry scrutinised by a panel of leading coaches.
  10. The winning coach will be selected by the expert panel on the basis of the submission submitted by his or her nominator.
  11. The winning coach will be notified following the regional winners event that they have won by contacting the contact details provided when they were entered into the competition. At this time FA Learning will arrange for the delivery of the prizes.
  12. The name of the winning coach and his/her team will be posted on our Site once the winner has been selected.
  13. No detrimental change will be made to the Prize specified.  There is no cash alternative.
  14. The winner of the Prize will be asked to appear on our Site and take part in publicity surrounding the competition
  15. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this competition except with the Prize winner and the decision of the expert panel is final and binding.
