Brent Hills will take an 18 player squad to La Manga next week to take on three heavyweights of women's football: USA, Germany and Norway.
A young Chelsea quartet hints at the burgeoning talent Shaun Gore has at his disposal, whilst Watford's exciting first season in the top flight sees goalkeeper Marie Hourihan and teammate Emma Thomas included.
21 year old striker Rebecca Angus was born in the North-East, studied in the USA and plies her trade for Kolbotn in Norway, so may well have the inside track on two of England's opponents as she continues her fledgling England career, whilst Leicester City's FA Women's Cup run sees recognition for midfielder Rachel Williams.
"Rachel is someone who we've been aware of for a couple of years" said Head Coach Brent Hills.
"We've received some positive feedback from her club Manager [Rehanne Skinner] who is one of our female Coach Mentors this season, and whilst Rachel is still quite young, this will be a good chance to work with her and potentially give her some experience against some quality players."
